Best Wedding Venues in Washington
TreeHouse Point
Probably one of our top choices on this list, TreeHouse Point is definitely unique! Get married among the treehouses, and stay overnight in one of them after your celebration is over!
This venue can accommodate up to 80 guests, with room to host up to 20 people overnight in 7 treehouses and 2 suites.
One of the best parts? It’s only a 30 minute drive from Seattle, but feels like a world away from the city.
The Emerald Forest
The Emerald Forest is a small wedding venue in Washington, and is sure to immediately make you feel at ease in this peaceful forest. Surround yourself with towering evergreen trees, get ready in either the yurt or tipi, roast some s’mores by the fire, and end the night at the honeymoon treehouse.
The Emerald Forest Theater was built by treehouse master Pete Nelson, and suits up to 35 guests (making it a perfect spot for small weddings!), with amenities like hammocks in the trees, a 16′ projector screen, fire pit, and an evergreen forest covered in moss for those dreamy PNW vibes.
Twin Willow Gardens, Snohomish
This unique gardens venue books up fast, and we can clearly see why. The main ceremony option at Twin Willow Gardens is nestled between old growth cedar, hemlocks, and maple trees, and other areas on the property feature lush, manicured gardens you’ll simply fall in love with. There’s nothing quite like it!
We toured this space in 2024, and we not only love the venue, but the owners are some of the kindest people we’ve met in Washington.
MV Skansonia
By far one of the most unique wedding venues in Washington state is the last remaining wooden ferry, the MV Skansonia, and is now permanently docked on Lake Union.
This venue can accommodate up to 175 guests with lots of room on the open deck, a small getting ready space in the upper level, and views overlooking the water and the downtown Seattle skyline.
NatureBridge Olympic
If you’re looking to celebrate with a whole weekend of festivities, NatureBridge in Washington should be at the top of your list. You can sit by the campfire, walk the forest trails to the local waterfalls, and relax by the lake — all on your wedding day.
Salish Lodge and Spa
Imagine a sweeping waterfall as the backdrop to your wedding ceremony. Pretty majestic, right? If this sounds like a dream to you, then Salish Lodge and Spa is a space you’ll want to check out. This Seattle area wedding venue is located atop the Snoqualmie Falls, surrounded by the ideal scenery of the Pacific Northwest and suited for both intimate ceremonies and large celebrations.
Gorge Crest Vineyards
Being a vineyard wedding venue isn’t the only reason to consider having your celebration here: the views of Mt. Hood are hard to beat! You’ll also have access to a traditional barn, making it a top choice for couples wanting both indoor and outdoor options.
Chihuly Garden and Glass
Although this is another unique venue space, it’s definitely more for those who love modern art and urban spaces and want to be central to Seattle. Chihuly is an internationally known glass artist, and you can celebrate your wedding day underneath some stunning glass art sculptures of his in this venue.
Alderbrook Resort
Can’t imagine not getting married by the water on your big day? Alderbrook sits beside a glacier-carved fjord, with wide open views of the Hood Canal and the Olympic mountain range. You can even use the private dock for portraits, your vows, or even to sail away with one of the boats or kayaks.

This five-acre estate located in Sumner, Washington is the perfect country getaway for Seattle brides. The picturesque venue is surrounded by lush landscaped gardens, and offers design features like cobblestone patios and Italian fountains, making it a dreamy setting for a spring wedding.

Located in Lake Oswego, Oregon, this venue offers guests exactly what they’d expect — waterfront views! One of the most unique features of The Foundry is the Promenade, their round deck that extends into the river. Weddings that take place here are sure to have a memorable ceremony.
Abernethy Center
Just a short drive away, Abernethy Center is another beautiful wedding venue south of Portland. The site has a cute and classic chapel, an elegant ballroom, and two stunning gardens on site. Our favorite garden, pictured above, is Abigail’s Garden, with a wooden gazebo and a swoon-worthy willow tree as the backdrop for your ceremony.
Columbia Gorge Hotel & Spa
For an easy to access location with plenty of space for all your guests to stay overnight, check out the Columbia Gorge Hotel & Spa. This boutique hotel is an amazing destination right along the Columbia River Gorge and has seven acres of beautiful gardens on site.
Fair warning: the Gorge does get super windy throughout the year, but often worth it!
Black Butte Ranch
With absolutely stunning views of Mt. Hood and the lakefront on site, it’s really hard for any venue to compete with Black Butte Ranch. It’s an ideal venue for those local to Portland and those flying in for a destination wedding alike.
Navarra Gardens
Located between Portland and the Oregon coast, Navarra Gardens is one of our favorite venues in the Pacific Northwest. A small river runs alongside the property, and the 14 acre venue has several romantic backdrops for your ceremony and portraits, including tall oak and fir trees, water fountains, and gardens lush with wildflowers in the summer.
Crook Point
Head to the coast for this amazing wedding venue with a warm and intimate vibe. Get the best of the PNW in one location at Crook Point: with the perfect combo of forest and the ocean!
Mt. Hood Organic Farms
Probably one of the biggest venues in size on this list, Mt. Hood Organic Farms has over 200 acres with a stunning view of Mt. Hood as the backdrop for your ceremony. This venue has tons to offer, from its organic cider orchard, quaint house and cottage, chic decor, gardens, ponds, and forests.
Pelican Brewing Company
Another DREAMY location along the coast is Pelican Brewing Company, with some picturesque views of Haystack Rock! They also offer in house catering, event planning and lodging services, making it a great place to get most of your wedding to-dos checked off your list.
Bridal Veil Lakes
If you don’t already know, the Columbia River Gorge’s scenic highway has dozens of beautiful waterfalls. Near one of the most famous in the area, Bridal Veil Falls, is a venue with a similar name: Bridal Veil Lakes.
And it is beyond dreamy! There is not only a 3-acre lake on site (where you can row out on a canoe for portraits!), but also old growth forest, gardens, wildflowers, and two covered areas to protect you and your guests from rain.
The Griffin House
Overlooking the Columbia River Gorge, this family-run wedding venue only 40 minutes from Portland is perfect for more intimate celebrations with a focus on the scenery. They also offer overnight stays and allow you to bring your own vendors, which we love!
